1Bimmer is an independent mobile BMW specialist serving South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia area. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by BMW AG.

1Bimmer provides mobile BMW diagnostics, programming, coding, feature unlocks, mechanical repair, and maintenance services at your location. All services are performed by a BMW Master Technician using OEM-level tools and equipment.

• Services are performed at the customer's specified location (home, office, or shop)
• Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage
• We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion
• All work is performed on BMW brand vehicles only

Appointments are confirmed via phone or text after you submit a service request. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip fee at our discretion
• We will always notify you in advance if we need to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts or emergencies

Pricing for services is discussed and agreed upon prior to work being performed. We provide transparent estimates with no hidden fees.

• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated upfront
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at time of booking

We believe in honest, upfront pricing. You will always know what you're paying before we begin.

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the vehicle and its issues
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location and time
• Provide a safe working environment with reasonable access to the vehicle
• Disclose any prior repairs, modifications, or known issues that may affect service

1Bimmer performs all services with professional care and BMW-specific expertise. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions or faults in the vehicle not related to the service performed
• Damage resulting from undisclosed prior repairs or modifications
• Consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service performed.
